Inspection Palooza!
Staff from Bloomington Housing Authority and the City of Bloomington reviewed rental inspection process for landlords & property managers
On Sept. 18, Heading Home partnered with the City of Bloomington’s Housing & Neighborhood Development department (HAND) and Bloomington Housing Authority to host an InspectionPalooza for landlords and property managers.

About 30 people heard from housing inspectors with details about what’s required for HAND and BHA inspections, including tips for how to make an inspection go smoothly.
Presenters were Jessica Craig and George Snyder from BHA and John Hewett from HAND.
